Insights into cardiac remodelling by multi-modal magnetic resonance imaging and spectroscopy
Cardiac remodelling, defined as a change in cardiac shape and size in response to myocardial injury or external stimuli (pressure- or volumeoverload), can be physiological or pathological in nature.
